About subscriptions – Couple Game

In the Couple Game app, you can subscribe to access premium features and content.

Prices and promotions

All prices may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to run temporary promotions and, as a result, to change subscription prices. Because these offers are temporary, we are unable to refund purchases made before a promotion.

Billing

Payment will be charged to your App Store or Play Store account upon confirmation of purchase.

The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the selected plan.

Manage or cancel your subscription

Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off, in your Apple or Play Store account settings after purchase. For more information, visit Apple Support or Play Store Support.

You cannot cancel the current subscription during an active subscription period.

You may cancel a subscription during the free trial period through the subscription settings of your Apple or Play Store account. This must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged.

Any unused portion of a free trial period will not be refunded if you subscribe before the end of that period.

App availability

The company shall assume no liability towards its customers or users if the application (including any later versions) is no longer accessible or downloadable on the available download platforms (Apple Store, Google Play Store, etc.).
